Annual Renewal
Annual Renewal can be completed online by logging in to the Member Portal.
Members will be notified by email when renewal is available.
Temporary Practicing members can not renew online automatically. Please contact SSMLT office for assistance.
Annual Licensing Fee
Licenses must be renewed annually, with online renewal available October 1-November 30 each year.
License year for SSMLT is December 01 to November 30.

Eligibility for License Renewal
SSMLT members are required to obtain 30 hours of Continuing Professional Education and 1200 practice hours in a 5 year period to renew their License. Review the documents below for details: Continuing Professional Education and Practice Hours can be entered in the ‘Member Portal’.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage
SSMLT Practicing and Temporary Practicing members must have liability insurance coverage of $2M. Review the SSMLT Liability Insurance Policy for details.
Joint fee collection for CSMLS
SSMLT provides joint online collection of SSMLT & CSMLS membership fees at annual renewal time only.
Following payment, SSMLT submits CSMLS fees directly to CSMLS in batch format during the renewal period.
Once CSMLS receives your payment you will receive notification directly from CSMLS.
